Kindled started with a simple frustration: most heated apparel looks great in the listing photos and falls apart the first time it actually gets cold.
Before we designed a single product, we read through hundreds of real customer reviews and support threads for heated vests, jackets, cushions, wraps and back belts — the batteries that die in a week, the "heat" that only ever warms one small patch, the charging ports that stop working, the sizing that quietly excludes half the people who order. Then we built our range specifically to fix those problems, not just to look good in a photo.
Every product page on this site tells you exactly what we found wrong with the category, and exactly what we did about it — no vague marketing claims, no invented "up to 10 hours" numbers. If something doesn't hold up, we'd rather you hear it from us than find out the hard way.
