Swapping a Size
Got the wrong fit? We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has its original tags attached.
How it works
- Email hello@shopkindled.co.uk with your order number and the size you'd like instead
- We'll send you a free return label
- Post the item back to us — once it arrives we'll dispatch your new size the same day (subject to stock)
Sizing tips
Our vests and jackets are cut for real UK bodies, not runway sizing. Jackets in particular run snug over bulky layers — if you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up 1. Check the sizing table on each product page for exact chest and length measurements in cm before you order, and get in touch first if you're unsure — we'd rather help you order the right size than process an exchange.
