Kindled 2-Year Warranty
Every Kindled heated product is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the heating element, wiring, control button, and battery pack from the date of delivery.
What's covered
- Heating panels that stop warming under normal use
- Battery packs that fail to hold charge or stop working within the warranty period
- Control button / switch faults
- Stitching or seam failure not caused by misuse
What's not covered
- Damage from machine-drying (always air dry)
- Damage from submerging the product or battery pack in water
- Normal wear and tear (fading, minor pilling)
- Damage from unauthorised repairs or modifications
How to claim
Email hello@shopkindled.co.uk with your order number, a short description of the fault, and a photo or video if possible. We'll confirm next steps — repair, replacement, or refund — within 2 working days.
This warranty is separate from, and in addition to, your standard UK consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
